fix(tool): Add `mxint8` to mlir deserialize template script

Luke Hutton requested to merge template-mxint8-cherry-pick into v2025.11

This commit adds support for the mxint8 type in the script that generates an MLIR template for deserialization. This fixes test failures in the roundtrip tests.
