Set of changes:

allow StMM platform file to be set per-board;
parametrize qemu bin;
make ebbr.config optional (selectable via the ebbrconfig target);
enable TF-A tbbr secure boot in qemu;
allow for a NVME drive;
add qemu debug targets.
