Use v1.4.2 version of the templates

Drew Reed requested to merge bugfix/OSSEMBEDA-2672 into langdale-dev

To ensure the builds work on both kubernetes and docker+machine based infrastructure we need to adopt the new template version the sets the entry points to run or not in a deterministic manner.
