Add support for Corstone1000-MPS3 FPGA board https://developer.arm.com/documentation/102360/0000.

The Corstone1000 platform firmware needs to built using libc-musl library. Therefore, introduced a new Yocto multiconfig meta-cassini-bsp/conf/multiconfig/firmware.conf.

Added sanity test to validate Cassini distro booting on Corstone1000-mps3 FPGA board.

This MR adds fixes for some CI rules, abbreviation and licensing header
