For Ethos-U85 pooling, OFM-type does not depend on IFM-type. Simplify dataType mappings in architecture_constraints based on this.
- Introduce UInt16 to s_defaultAllTypes and defaultIntegerTypes.
- Remove s_defaultIntegerTypesExcl64 as it contained Int64.
- Replace with s_defaultIntegerTypes.
